“ Seen alot of bad reviews but not the case for me fortunately. It's no secret that the wait is normally 45 min to an hour for all locations as they are always busy. Called my order in and once I was 10 minutes away, I received a call confirming my order was ready for pick up so the wait time quoted was pretty spot on. To my surprise the gentleman at the window spoke politely and asked my hubby how he was doing before asking our name. I am very used to the delicious pizza from here. No matter the location the pizza is so damn good. Im so tired of hearing about all the popular chains (Loumalnasty's etc) being the best pizza in the city. LIES! Because of the I.F. locations, people outside of the urban areas don't know about this crown jewel! This is the best pizza in the city and Barack Obama agrees. The pizza is greasy and bursting with flavor. The sausage, the cheese and the sauce are a match made in heaven! I know the customer service can be challenging most of the time. However I refuse to let that get in the way of having the best pizza in the city. ”
